DESCRIPTION:Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) is a great patch-working technique that will give you amazingly accurate piecing for quite complex designs. It’s quick\, easy and looks great.In class\, we’ll be using this gorgeous pattern (as shown above) by Louise Papas ‘Lamingtons For Tea‘ together with the supplied foundation papers. Don’t stress if you’ve never tried it before though\, or if you don’t think you can sew a straight line – the beauty of FPP is that you sew along the line on the paper for crisp results!You’ll Receive:– Lamingtons For Tea Pattern ($19.50)– Lamingtons For Tea Foundation Papers ($20.00)– Add-A-Quarter Inch Ruler ($16.00)– Fabric Pack (example fabric in picture) – enough fabric to make nine blocks\, does not include sashing and post fabric ($50.00)– Morning Tea & Lunch– Tea & Coffee– Tuition BYO:– Sewing Machine– Thread for sewing machine\, I would suggest a light grey or white (supplies available to purchase on the day)– Rotary Cutter– Basic sewing kit\, snips\, extra machine needles\, quick un-pick\, etc.
